Mon & Fri Routine - Round 1: 3 sets of bench, squat, cleans, jerk Round 2: 3 sets of jump squats w/reverse shoulder raises, dumbbell incline press, partner leg curls, bicep curls & tricep extensions - Finish with partner hip flexors
Wed Routine - Round 1: 3 sets of front squat, close bench, deadlift and power snatch Round 2: pull-ups, dumbbell flyes, high pulls and hit position rows - Finish with crunches
